What I built: A blog where everyone on the team posts a weekly note on what they built with AI. You write it straight from Claude Code with one prompt, and it opens a pull request for me to merge. Each person gets their own space, and the homepage features the whole team.
The problem it solved: We were all experimenting with AI and building our own tools, but there was no single place to actually SEE it. Progress stayed invisible, so we couldn’t celebrate it or learn from each other.
What’s next: Get the first teammates posting, then review everyone’s updates together at the weekly meeting.
