What I built: This blog and the one-prompt flow that lets anyone post a weekly update straight from Claude Code.

The problem it solved: We had no single place to see what everyone is building with AI, so progress was invisible and we couldn’t celebrate it together.

Scoped openbook, a free-first content store

What I built: The direction for openbook, a free-first public front door for our learning content.

The problem it solved: Our content sat behind a sign-up wall, so people bounced before seeing any value.

What’s next: Pick the display font and a one-word name.
